Allercet Cold 5mg/10mg/500mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

Driving

Allercet Cold 5mg/10mg/500mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.

Allercet Cold 5mg/10mg/500mg Tablet is used in the treatment of common cold symptoms with fever.

How to use Allercet Cold Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Allercet Cold 5mg/10mg/500mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

How Allercet Cold 5mg/10mg/500mg Tablet works
Allercet Cold 5mg/10mg/500mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Levocetirizine, Phenylephrine and Paracetamol which relieve common cold symptoms such as sneezing, stuffy nose, body ache and fever. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic which blocks histamine (a chemical messenger) to relieve allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever.

Common Nausea, Vomiting, Dryness in mouth, Weakness, Headache, Sleepiness, Allergic reaction.
